DESCRIPTION: Practical version in drops that allows a specific dosage for every need. Taken about 30 minutes before bedtime, it promotes falling asleep, improves the quality and duration of sleep, counteracts nocturnal awakenings. Also useful to find the right rhythms after a long journey and to counteract the free radicals responsible for cellular aging.

CONTENTS: Functional ingredients in 4 drops: Melatonin 1 mg.

HOW TO USE: it is recommended to take 4 drops, pure or to be diluted in water, to be taken preferably half an hour before going to bed. Shake well before use.
Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
