Melissa officinalis dry extract 1: 4	100 mg
Crataegus oxyacantha dry extract (titrated at 1% in flavonoids: hyperoside)	100 mg
Valeriana officinalis dry extract (titrated to 0.8% in valerenic acids)	150 mg

How to use
Take 1 tablet 2-3 times a day, on a full stomach.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
For precautionary reasons, avoid use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
Contraindicated in patients with known allergy to the individual components.
There were no noteworthy side effects at the recommended therapeutic dosages.
At high dosages it can induce drowsiness: its use is not recommended for those who must drive a car.
