Lyophilized royal jelly: 330 mg (equal to 1000 mg of fresh royal jelly).

How to use
Screw the cap fully on until it stops, holding the vial in an upright position.
Shake the vial vigorously to allow the powder to dissolve into the liquid below.
Unscrew the cap and take the preparation thus obtained as it is or diluted with water, milk, fruit juices, etc.
We recommend taking 1 vial a day.
