Ex De Wild - seed), Rosehip (Rosa canina L. - fruit), Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L. - root), Dandelion dry extract (Taraxacum officinale Weber - leaf), Lime essential oil.

How to use

For an excellent hot herbal tea, use a filter per cup (200ml), add boiling water without pouring it directly onto the filter and leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes. For an excellent cold herbal tea, leave a filter for 7 minutes in 200 ml of cold water or at room temperature. If necessary, use the spoon to facilitate immersion of the filter in the water. For those who wish, add ice and sweeten to taste. It is recommended to take 2 cups of herbal tea a day.
