Ready in 9 minutes.
Double cooking
Pre-cooking: cook the pasta for 6 minutes in plenty of salted water, always keeping it boiling for the indicated pre-cooking time. Drain the pasta, cool it with water at room temperature, add vegetable oil and cover. Store in the refrigerator at 0-4 °C for a minimum of one hour and a maximum of 20 hours before completion.
Completion: tempering in boiling water for 10 seconds.
