Thanks to the synergistic action of melatonin, cytoplasmic extract of pollen and magnesium, Femal Notte is effective in sleep disorders both in the falling asleep phase and in the duration and effectiveness of sleep. Furthermore, the presence of pollen helps to restore energy for the day.

Ingrediants
Pollen is purified; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, potato starch; hydroxypropyl-methylcellulose, magnesium oxide, vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol acetate); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, melatonin.

How to use

Take 1 capsule a day, preferably in the evening, to be swallowed with a glass of water. It is recommended to take the product continuously and at the same dose to maintain its effectiveness.
