Description
Fennel promotes digestive function, drainage of body fluids, the fluidity of bronchial secretions, regular gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gases. It also helps to counteract menstrual cycle disorders.

Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) fruits or and (Aetheroleum).

Nutritional characteristics
2 drops on average contain 87 mg of fennel essential oil.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 drops a day to be diluted in an apiacere food or in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking).
It is possible to use it externally for relaxing massages by diluting it appropriately in an emollient base, or add a few drops in the aroma diffusers.
Close carefully after use.
