Fennel herbal tea, with beneficial properties.
Ingredients
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruits 30%, peppermint (Mentha x piperita L.) leaves, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves, chamomile (Matricaria recutita L.) flowers, caraway (Carum carvi L.) fruits, coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.)fruits.

How to use
Bring 150 ml of water (1 cup) to the boil and then turn off the stove. Add 2g of herbal tea (about 2 teaspoons) and mix well. Cover the container to avoid dispersing the more volatile substances. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally and then filter. Add, if desired, honey sugar. We recommend 2 or 3 cups a day, away from meals.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and away from heat sources. The expiry date indicated refers to the product in its intact and correctly stored packaging.
