Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) is a plant of the Fabaceae family native to Western Asia and Southern Europe. The name Trigonella refers to the triangular shape of its flowers, while foenum means nourishment. COMPOSITION

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) dry extract of seeds (4: 1) and pulverized seeds. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

USAGE CAUTIONS

Caution is recommended in subjects who use oral hypoglycemic agents or thyroid hormones. As it can reduce iron absorption, it is not recommended in anemic subjects. Do not use in anticipation of pregnancy, during pregnancy and lactation.

HOW TO USE

1 vegetarian capsule a day preferably with a meal

Swallow 1 vegetarian capsule a day, with water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Packaged in bottles of 100 vegetarian capsules.
