Dosage
Taking one capsule a day guarantees coverage of 50% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) in adults. In case of pregnancy or breastfeeding, as the needs of both folic acid and iron have increased, up to 2 capsules per day can be taken, ensuring 100% of the RDA.
