Property
Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, favoring the normal transport of oxygen in the body. Furthermore, it contributes to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C, on the other hand, increases iron absorption.
