Our Cocoa Shortbreads are produced with FiberPasta Flour. They have a low glycemic index (GI 45). They have no added salt or sugar, they do not contain palm oil but extra virgin olive oil / rice oil / cocoa butter.

They are handcrafted and use healthy and high quality ingredients. They are excellent for a healthy (and delicious!) Breakfast.
