Description
Sugar-free croissant, with a low glycemic index, a high content of fiber and a source of protein. It does not contain butter or palm oil and is 100% vegetable, also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients
FiberPasta Flour: 0 soft wheat flour, 14% dietary fibers ( wheat fiber, resistant starch, inulin), Senatore Cappelli re-milled semolina , wheat proteins; sweetener: erythritol; inulin, vegetable margarine [vegetable fats and oils (cocoa butter, coconut, sunflower, soy ), water; emulsifiers: mono and glycerides of fatty acids], resistant tapioca starch, salt, brewer's yeast; preservative: potassium sorbate.

May contain traces of eggs , peanuts , milk , nuts , sesame seeds , mustard .
