Flour suitable for the production of useful products for:

It is composed of soft wheat flour and 2% inulin (soluble vegetable fiber). It has 15% fiber, more than double that of wholemeal, and is ideal for making bread, pizza, sweets and fresh pasta for diet and diabetes.
It has a white color like traditional flours, as it does not contain the lignin of the bran.
Completely natural product, without preservatives or chemicals.
