Our Breakfast Shortbreads are produced with FiberPasta® Flour . They have a low glycemic index (GI 48) . They have no added salt or sugar, they do not contain palm oil but extra virgin olive oil / rice oil / cocoa butter.

They are handcrafted and use healthy and high quality ingredients. They are great for a healthy breakfast.
