FiberPasta pasta has the same flavor and pleasantness as traditional Italian pasta. The wheat used is exclusively of Italian origin, where we select the best high quality durum wheat semolina. We also ensure that glyphosate is absent in the wheat used for the production of our pasta.

Low Glycemic Index And Low Nickel Content

FiberPasta pasta contains 15% fiber (about double that of traditional wholemeal pasta), a low glycemic index GI 23 and is produced with durum wheat semolina and the addition of inulin (soluble vegetable fiber). The high fiber content increases satiety without causing swelling, slows down the absorption of carbohydrates, offers benefits for intestinal health (favoring intestinal transit) and contributes to lower calorie absorption and the reduction of the glycemic peak. FiberPasta pasta has a low nickel content (0.071 mg / kg) as it does not contain bran (the component of wholemeal pasta where the presence of nickel is concentrated). Furthermore, the absence of lignin in the bran facilitates the absorption of important minerals such as iron and calcium.
