Functionality of the ingredients

Food supplement of fiber and lactic ferments that help maintain the balance of the intestinal bacterial flora. Psyllium, agar-agar and chicory promote intestinal regularity by normalizing the volume and consistency of the stool. Psyllium, with agar-agar and guar, modulates the absorption of nutrients; together with acacia, on the other hand, it has an emollient and soothing action on the entire digestive system and facilitates the metabolism of carbohydrates. Finally, guar gum promotes a sense of satiety.

Recommendations for use

We recommend taking 1 level scoop (4 g) to be diluted in a large glass of water (about 250 ml) one to three times a day at any time (4 to 12 g a day). Measuring cup included in the package. Close carefully after use.

Psyllium (Plantago ovata) seed cuticle, agar-agar (Gelidium amansii) thallus (alga) ES; acidity regulator: citric acid; FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides), chicory (Cichorium intybus) roots ES (titrated 90% in inulin), guar gum, acacia (Acacia senegal) gum, lactic ferments (Lactobacillus acidophilus SGL11 and Bifidobacterium bifidum SGB02); natural flavor: sweet orange (Citrus sinensis) peel of OE fruits; sweeteners of natural origin: steviol glycosides and thaumatin.
