Filorin Ampoules Nalkein what it is for

Medical Device with sodium chloride present at a concentration of 0.9% that gently cleanses the nasal cavities, fluidifying secretions and facilitating their removal. Recommended for daily hygiene of the nasal cavities,

Filorin Nalkein Ampoules Useful in case of:

• Colds;
• Allergenic and non-allergenic rhinitis;
• Rhinosinusitis as well as in all those cases in which nasal decongestion is required.

How to use Filorin Ampoules Nalkein

• Direct irrigation:

Break the cap of the vial with a twisting motion;
Keep your head tilted to one side, never backwards;
gently bring the nozzle of the vial to the upper nasal nostril and press lightly to spray;
Keep the head tilted to the other side (never backwards) and repeat the spraying in the other nostril;
The container can be closed by turning over and pressing the cap on the mouth of the vial;
Spray half a vial into each nostril 2-3 times a day or more often as needed or according to medical advice.

• Inhalation therapy:

Filorin ampoules can also be used in the case of inhalation therapy involving the upper airways: in this case, use the appropriate inhaler devices that guarantee correct nebulisation and follow the instructions for the chosen device;
Use only pneumatic devices;
Inhale a vial, 2-3 times a day or according to medical opinion.

Water, sodium hyaluronate, sodium chloride, sodium phosphate.

Warnings for the use of Filorin Nalkein Ampoules

• Keep the internal instructions with the product;
• Use the product for inhalation therapies only for the other airways;
• Keep out of the reach and sight of children in order to avoid incorrect use of the product;
• Avoid contact with eyes;
• Not intended for oral use;
• Not injectable;
• The use of more subjects of the same vial can compromise its effectiveness and can cause the aggravation of existing problems as well as cause the emergence of problems not previously present;
• Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity to one of the components of the product;
• Do not use in cases of epistaxis in progress or just ended, nor in case of nasal mucosa not intact;
• The inhalation of saline solutions in particularly sensitive patients could cause eposodes of bronchospasm: in this case, stop the treatment and consult the doctor in order to establish suitable therapy;
• Do not use after the expiration date or if the package is opened or damaged;
• The expiry date indicated refers to the intact and correctly stored product. In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use of the product and contact your doctor;
• Do not use in case of accidental contamination after opening;
• Smoking could compromise the protective effect of hyaluronic acid;
• The use of this medical device does not replace other treatments prescribed by your doctor;
• Filorin ampoules can chemically interfere with different substances if they are mixed with it in the inhalation solution;
• Do not use Filorin ampoules simultaneously with other substances unless this is expressly prescribed by your doctor;
• In this case, strictly follow the instructions prescribed by your doctor and the instructions for use of the product used in association with Filorin ampoules;
• In the event of any changes in the appearance of the mixture produced, discontinue therapy immediately and contact your doctor;
• Do not use the product in association with quaternary ammonium compounds;
• The incorrect observance of the warnings and instructions for use could jeopardize the effectiveness of the product or cause the aggravation of existing problems as well as cause the occurrence of problems not previously present;
• In some cases, the use of the product can cause a slight and transitory sense of local irritation;
• Hypersensitivity to the components;
• Prolonged use can give rise to sensitization phenomena: where this occurs, stop the treatment and consult the doctor in order to establish suitable therapy;
• If you notice any undesirable effects, which are not described in the package leaflet, please inform your doctor or pharmacist.
