Linseed oil is rich in essential fatty acids, in particular Omega 3 which contribute to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels in the blood. Linseed oil is easily damaged by light and heat: for this reason Il Fior di Loto guarantees temperature control at all levels of the supply chain, from producer to consumer. It should also be kept in the fridge at home and once opened it is preferable to consume it within a few weeks.
How to use
It is recommended to use raw linseed oil. Average dose 1-2 teaspoons per day.
