Its leaves, crumpled and dried to be put on the market, are the product of Camelia Sinensis, a branchy and evergreen shrub that does not rise more than two meters in height. The leaf is harvested three times a year: the first in April, the second in early summer and the third in mid-autumn. The processing of green tea begins with the passage in ventilated ovens with a process of increasingly higher temperatures to avoid oxidation: in this way the leaves retain their color and can produce the infusion with a characteristic pale green color and a slightly bitter taste. . How to use:
Tea with a sweet and pungent flavor, with a beautiful color. It is drunk natural, perfect with exotic dishes. For the preparation we suggest hot water at 70 ° -80 ° C (not boiling) and leave to infuse for about 3 minutes. Ideal consumption ranges from 1 to 4 cups per day.
