Flax (Linum usitatissimum L.) is one of the oldest plants of the Linaceae family and every part of it has always been used for its innumerable qualities. How to use

They can be eaten raw in addition to salads or bread mix. Ground or left to soak overnight in order to obtain a mucilage that favors the rebalancing of intestinal functions.
