Maple juice can be used as a sweetener in hot drinks and yogurt. It is also suitable for the preparation of sweets, biscuits and desserts.

Grade C has an intense taste and is richer in minerals.

It is produced by hot concentration of the sap of Acer saccharum / Sugar maple.

The extraction of the sap takes place mechanically during the vegetative rest phase of the plant, and does not damage it, since it is really suitable for the production of sap.
