From the experience of Pian della Mussa mountain water, an organic craft beer of the highest quality, proposed here in the classic 330 ml format. It is a Pils obtained from a special blend of hops. This raw craft beer is not pasteurized, but undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle on its own yeasts, with a method similar to the "classic" method for the production of Champagne. In this way, with art and patience, a blonde beer is obtained with a perfect balance of bitter and fruity tastes and an elegant perlage. It is a thirst-quenching and finely aromatic beer for educated and demanding palates.
