How to use:
Pasta enthusiasts claim that pasta should be cooked "al dente". Proper cooking is the basis of any successful pasta preparation. For every 100 gr. of pasta you need 1 lt. of water and this is the reason why very large pots must be used. The ratio between salt and water is also very important: 10 grams of coarse salt are required for each liter of water.
