Description
Food supplement based on fish oil and linseed oil, naturally rich in omega3. DHA promotes normal brain function, with vitamin A it contributes to the maintenance of vision and, together with EPA, supports normal heart function *. Vitamin E protects cells from oxidative stress while linseed oil promotes lipid metabolism and supports the integrity and functionality of cell membranes.
* The beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA or DHA + EPA.

Ingredients
Flax (Linum usitatissimum) seed oil (titrated 50% in ALA or alpha-linolenic acid), fish oil (titrated 90% in total omega 3, of which at least 75% DHA and 5% EPA), fish oil (titrated at 70% in total omega 3, of which at least 40% EPA and 20% DHA), vitamin E of natural origin (D-alpha-tocopherol 900 IU), fluid beta-carotene (at 30% in corn oil); excipients (softgels): food gelatin and glycerin.
Contains fish derivatives.

It does not contain preservatives, dyes, flavors and synthetic sweeteners.

How to use
We recommend taking 2 softgels once or twice a day with meals (2 to 4 softgels a day). Close carefully after use.
