The Fisioreve drops supplement is effective thanks to the synergy of its components:
- Melatonin , is a hormone produced by the pineal gland, whose activity is essential in various phases of sleep, especially during the REM (Rapid Eyes Movement) phases. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep * and to alleviate the effects of jet lag **;
- Chamomile and Lemon balm offer a physiological and natural relaxation aid. In particular, Chamomile extracts promote falling asleep.
