Fisioreve® Tripto is a food supplement based on Tryptophan, Melatonin, with Chamomile and Lemon Balm, indicated in case of increased need or low dietary intake of these nutrients.

How does Fisioreve Tripto work?

The Fisioreve Tripto supplement is effective thanks to the combination of its ingredients:

Tryptophan , is an essential amino acid, that is, it is not produced endogenously and consequently must necessarily be introduced with the diet; moreover, it represents on average only 1% of the amino acids taken, so its concentration can often be deficient. Tryptophan is the only precursor of Serotonin, a chemical mediator that regulates mood;
Melatonin , a hormone that regulates the sleep-wake rhythm and is essential in various phases of sleep, especially during the REM (Rapid Eyes Movement) phases. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep *;
Extracts of Chamomile and Lemon Balm help relaxation and mental well-being, in a physiological and natural way. In particular, Chamomile extracts promote restful sleep.
Fisioreve® Tripto is formulated with Chamomile and Lemon Balm extracts from Organic Cultivation.

* The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.

Method of use and dosage

It is recommended to take 0.5 ml of Fisioreve® Tripto just before going to bed as it is or diluted in warm water or milk, using the graduated pipette contained inside the package. After use, wash the graduated pipette under running water before putting it back in the special container. Shake the bottle well before use. The intake and dosages of Fisioreve® Tripto, to facilitate falling asleep and for the problem of nocturnal awakenings, should be carried out on the basis of subjective needs and in relation to the need, 0.5 ml corresponds to 1 mg of Melatonin. The product does not cause daytime numbness or addiction

Warnings and Contraindications

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For the use of the product it is advisable to consult the doctor's opinion. Store in a cool, dry place away from light and direct heat sources. The minimum conservation term refers to the product in unopened package, correctly stored. Any slight variations in color and taste and the possible formation of precipitates, which can be suspended by stirring, are linked to the normal variability of the ingredients and are not an indication of alteration in the quality of the product.
