The active ingredients contained in the dry Valerian extract promote relaxation (in case of stress) and mental well-being. Griffonia supports normal mood and relaxation, while Magnesium and Vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. With L-Theanine Contains Melatonin, useful for reducing the time required to fall asleep.

How to use
For a better use of the product it is suggested to take 1 tablet of the "Phase 1 morning" with modified release in the morning, and one tablet of the "Phase 2 evening", half an hour before going to bed. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
