Ingrediants
Dextrose; low-fat cocoa (theobroma cacao l.) powder; rhodiola root (rhodiola rosea l.) dry extract titrated 3% in rosavin (carrier: maltodextrin); griffonia seeds (griffoniasimplicifolia baill.) dry extract titrated 95% in 5-htp; fibrex® (beet fiber); anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; silicon dioxide; vitamin B6.

How to use
I recommend taking 1 tablet in the late morning and 1 tablet in the afternoon, to chew or swallow with a glass of water.

Warnings
The product does not replace a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years old. Do not take during pregnancy. The product must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity.If the diet is carried out for prolonged periods, exceeding three weeks, it is advisable to seek the advice of a doctor. Contains sugar alcohols whose excessive consumption can have a laxative effect. Contains a source of phenylalanine.
