Ingredients
Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L.) standardized dry extract of Rhodiolife root (3% rosavine, 1% salidrosides); glazing agent: hydroxy-propylmethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; antioxidant: PhytO2XTM powder base (beta-carotene and L-ascorbic acid); anti-caking agent: vegetable stearic acid.

How to use
Swallow 1 to 3 vegetarian capsules a day, with water, preferably with meals.
