Preparation

Basic recipe - sandwich bread:

250 g of Bread Mix
a pinch of salt
5 g of dry yeast
15 g of oil
300 ml of water

Combine Bread Mix, salt and yeast, add oil and water and mix with an electric mixer for a few minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Grease a baking tray, flour it, pour the dough into it, smoothing it on the surface with a wet spoon and cover it with an oiled film. Let it rise for about 30 min. in a warm place. Then, remove the film, brush the bread with oil and bake in the preheated oven at 210 ° C in ventilated mode or at 230 ° C in normal mode. The cooking time is about 35-40 minutes.

Ingrediants

Deglutinated wheat starch, corn starch, rice starch, thickeners: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, guar flour; dextrose, potato flour, vegetable fiber (psyllium).
Contains a sachet with 10 g of dry yeast.
Ingredients: dry yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan mono stereate.

Intended for the dietary management of individuals suffering from congenital metabolic disorders, chronic renal failure or other diseases requiring a low protein diet.
