Preparation
Basic cake recipe:
500g of Cake Mix
125g of softened butter
180ml of water
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Work the butter into a cream and add Cake Mix and water, mixing everything for a few minutes until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Grease a baking tray, pour the dough into it, trying to arrange it evenly. Place in the oven at an intermediate height and cook for 40-45 minutes. Cool the cake and fill it with jam or fruit to taste.
Ingrediants
Sugar, corn starch, potato starch, raising agents: gluconodeltalactone, sodium bicarbonate; potato flour, thickener: locust bean gum; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.
Intended for the dietary management of individuals suffering from congenital metabolic disorders, chronic renal failure or other diseases requiring a low protein diet.
