CE medical device, class I, non-sterile. Two-piece device with mechanical coupling and safety guide, for the collection of effluents in patients with diurostomies. The transparent urostomy bag on the outside is equipped with a protective non-woven fabric, on the side in contact with the abdominal skin, it has an anti-reflux device that prevents the urine from returning to the stoma. in the lower part, of a discharge system in high density polyethylene (PEHD) and polypropylene (PP), specially shaped to integrate completely into the shape of the bag. A 180 degree rotation opens the drain system which allows the urine to flow out in a hygienic way. The closing system is such as not to allow any residual urine drops, furthermore the opening cannot be done accidentally. The bag ends directly and completely in the discharge device so as to allow it to be completely emptied, avoiding the persistence of residual urine on the bottom of the bag. The bag is supplied with a special polyoxymethylene (POM) connector equipped with a short polyvinyl chloride (PVC) drain tube that allows the drainage system to be connected to a leg or bed collection bag.
