Active principles

Lactobacillus acidophilus: it is the lactobacillus most represented in the human intestine and is also present in other parts of the body (oral cavity, vagina). It intervenes in the assimilation and production of B vitamins and enhances the activity of the beta-galactosidase enzyme, a factor that improves lactose tolerance in individuals with lactase deficiency.

Lactobacillus plantarum: species of bacterium belonging to the Lactobacillaceae family. It produces lactic acid and inhibits the development of pathogens in the gastrointestinal tract.

Streptococcus thermophilus: the only species of the genus Streptococcus of food interest. It can be found, in fact, in cheeses and yogurt as it is one of the most used for their production.
