SARS-CoV-2 & Influenza A/B & RSV
Antigen Combo Test Kit
Description
Test intended for the qualitative in vitro detection and simultaneous differentiation of the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2 antigen), influenza A and influenza B viruses and RSV antigen in samples collected via nasal swab.
It can be used as a reference for the diagnosis of coronavirus infectious disease (COVID-19) caused by SARS-CoV-2 detected in symptomatic individuals within 7 days of symptoms appearing. It can also be used as a reference when diagnosing diseases caused by influenza A/B or RSV.
This kit is suitable for individuals over 2 years of age. People between the ages of 2 and 14 cannot take the test alone. Sample collection and analysis with this kit must be carried out by adults or parents (aged between 18-60 years).
Persons aged between 14 and 17 years can use this kit for sample collection and analysis alone, provided they are under the supervision of adults or parents (aged between 18 and 60 years), the latter must ensure that the The individual using the test clearly understands the requirements set out in the instructions for use and follows the procedure correctly.
For persons over 75 years of age, it is recommended that family members or caregivers carry out sample collection and analysis.
SARS-CoV-2 & influenza A/B & RSV antigen is qualitatively detected in specimens collected via nasal swabs using the colloidal gold method. After addition of the sample, the SARS-CoV-2 (or influenza A/B & RSV) antigen in the test sample combines with the labeled anti-SARS-CoV-2 (or influenza A/B & RSV) antibody with orocolloid to form the SARS-CoV-2 (or influenza A/B &RSV) colloidal gold Ab-Ag complex. Through chromatography, the SARS-CoV-2 (or influenzaA/B & RSV) Ab-Ag colloidal gold complex diffuses along the nitrocellulose membrane. Within the test line area, the SARS-CoV-2 (or influenza A/B & RSV) Ab-Ag colloidal gold complex binds to the antibody enclosed within the test line area, showing a colored line purple red. Colloidal gold-labeled anti-SARS-CoV-2 (or influenza A/B & RSV) antibody diffuses into the quality control line area and is captured by goat anti-mouse IgG to form the red lines. Once the reaction is complete, the results can be interpreted by visual inspection.
For self-diagnosis.
Instructions for use
Sample collection
Carefully remove the sterile nasal swab from the package.
Avoid touching the cotton tip of the swab. Insert the nasal swab to a depth of approximately 2.5 cm into the nostril. Rotate the swab against the nasal walls 5 times to ensure that sampling has occurred correctly. Repeat the procedure in the other nostril, using the same nasal swab, in order to obtain a sufficient sample from both nostrils and ensure that the sampling occurs correctly.
How to perform the test
Use a hand sanitizer to disinfect your hands after washing them. Clean the table top on which the test will be performed.
Before performing the test, carefully read the instructions for use and wait for the kit and samples to reach room temperature (20-25 °C) before use. The test must be performed at 20-25 °C. If the kit is removed from the refrigerator, allow it to return to room temperature (20-25°C) 5 minutes before testing.
Unscrew the extraction tube cap and remove the internal blue cap. The purpose of the blue cap is to prevent the product from leaking during transportation. Insert extraction tube no
