trimethylglycine (TMG), in association with unsaturated fatty acids, has been shown to be useful in reducing the production of lactic acid and to increase resistance to efforts by delaying fatigue.

How to use:
- Pre-match: 1 dose per day for three days, including the match day;
- Prevention: 1 dose every other day for 15 administrations;
- Tying-up: 1 dose in the morning and one in the evening for at least 6 days.

Components:
monoesters of propylene glycol; dextrose monohydrate; efa (essential fatty acids: oleic acid 28,500 mg, linoleic acid 23,500 mg, lipoic acid 13,500 mg) from sunflower seed oil; precipitated and dried silicic acid; skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin; E124.
