Functionality of the ingredients

Food supplement based on folic acid and alchemilla. For women of childbearing age, in anticipation of pregnancy, the supplementary intake of folic acid is useful for increasing the state of maternal folate which, if low, is a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the fetus *; it also contributes to the growth of maternal tissues. More generally, folic acid intervenes in the cell division process, helps strengthen the immune system, reduce tiredness and fatigue and maintain normal psychological function. It also intervenes in the synthesis of amino acids, in the metabolism of homocysteine and in hematopoiesis, that is, in the formation and maturation of all blood cells.
* Beneficial effect obtainable with a daily intake of 400 mcg of folic acid per day, to be started at least one month before and up to three months after conception.

Recommendations for use

We recommend taking 1 tablet once a day at any time. Close carefully after use.
