Folterit - Gluten and Lactose Free Food Supplement
Food supplement based on amino acids, vitamins, minerals, astaxanthin, lycopene and elutein.
Zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails and, together with vitamin C and vitamin E, protect cells from oxidative stress.
Ingrediants
L-cystine, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; L-methionine, zinc gluconate, vitamin E (diDL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), 5% astaxanthin from Haematococcus pluvialis Flotow, alga), L-selenomethionine, L-tyrosine, 5% lutein from marigold (Tagetes erecta L. flowers ), 5% lycopene from tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L., fruit), biotin (D-biotin), capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).

How to use
We recommend taking 1 capsule a day, preferably in the evening with a glass of water or other suitable liquid.
