Glucose syrup, sugar, extract of the aerial part of maidenhair fern (Adiantumcapillus-veneris L.); acidifiers: citric acid, sodium citrate; gelling agent: pectin; safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) and horseradish (Raphanussativus L.) flower concentrate, zinc citrate; natural flavor, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin B8, vitamin B9; coating agent: carnauba wax.

How to use
From 15 years old. Take 2 gummies a day.
