FORLIVE Bio Golden Flax Seeds

Flax seeds contain important essential fatty acids, natural antioxidants, magnesium, calcium, iron, phosphorus and potassium. Not having undergone any thermal process, the Forlive flax seeds retain all the nutritional properties unaltered. They have soluble fibers: a tablespoon of soaked seeds left to rest all night releases a mucilage that should be drunk in the morning. In popular tradition, chest wraps were used during the cold season.

ADVICE FOR USE

Flax seeds can be added to salads, muesli and bread dough. For a hair pack, let the seeds soak overnight, cook them for half an hour in the same water, add a few drops of olive oil and apply to the hair.
