Whey protein isolate concentrate. High in cysteine.
For the dietary treatment of sarcopenia.Fortiral is a high-protein food for special medical purposes, consisting of high biological value, undenatured whey proteins (PD18PR ™ *).
The intake of high biological value whey proteins is particularly useful in the dietary treatment of subjects with loss of skeletal muscle mass (sarcopenia) due to malnutrition, aging or chronic diseases.

Ingrediants

PD18PR ™ (whey protein isolate min. 92.5% with a high content of 2.7% cysteine; emulsifier: soy lecithin).

How to use

We recommend taking 1 or 2 sachets a day. Put 1 or 2 bags of soluble Fortiral in a glass. Add 150 to 200 ml of water or any other drink (milk, tea) as long as it is cold or, in any case, at room temperature. Mix briefly (without using the blender) and drink immediately. In consideration of its solubility, the administration of 1-2 sachets of Fortiral is allowed to be diluted in 500 - 1000 ml of water, based on the calculated water and protein needs of the patient, through a nasogastric probe and / or PEG, according to the judgment of the doctor.
