Fiori Mediterranei is a line of floral essences prepared according to Dr. Edward Bach's instructions, using spontaneous flowers from the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park. The flowers are selected and collected in intact locations; the essence is prepared using pure water from a local source and the flowers are exposed to the sun in the places of collection. The essence is subsequently stabilized with the addition of brandy and suitably diluted according to Bach's indications. This method guarantees the conservation of the original frequency of the flower and its maximum vibrational expression.

Usage :

4 drops of essence, 4 times a day, or more frequently if needed.

For intense action: dilute 2 drops of essence in the My Flowers bottle and take 4 drops 4 times a day, or more frequently if necessary.
