The popular black tradition recognizes beneficial effects in relieving sore throat and cough, symptoms often present in major allergic cases, especially in those of type I related to food and IgE mediated pollen, in which quince extract would have inhibitory effects.

Propolis (Propolis)
Its use in the treatment of type I allergic disorders was tested in a clinical study carried out in Japan by the National Institute of Health Sciences; this study identified chrysin and kempferol and its derivatives as responsible for the antiallergic action. Chrysin also inhibits IL-4 and the MCP-1 protein responsible for the recruitment of monocytes into the sites of infection. A study carried out in South Korea highlighted the inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and immunomodulating effects of CAPE (Caffeic acid phenetyl ester); guinea pigs treated with CAPE demonstrated a reduction in plasma histamine levels, a decrease in Specific Ig and an inhibition of NF-kappaB; these results demonstrate the antiallegic effects of CAPE contained in propolis.

PSC beech (Fagus sylvatica)
Beech buds contain cysteine which promotes the reduction of viruses in the blood and an increase in the CD4 T-Helper cell count. Hornbeam PSC (Carpinus betulus)
It possesses a marked organotropism towards the sinus mucosa, therefore it is used as a medicine for diseases of the upper respiratory tract (paranasal sinuses, nasopharyngitis and tracheitis), has an antispasmodic and antitussive action at the pulmonary level, therefore it is used for nasopharyngitis and bronchitis, antispasmodic respiratory.

PSC birch (Betula pendula var.verrucosa)
The buds have a stimulating action on the immune defenses with an increase in resistance to infections and an increase in leukocytes. Equipped with antihistamine activity, associated with fagus sylvatica, the buds inhibit mast cell degranulation and therefore the release of histamine, making them useful in the treatment of allergic phenomena.

How to use
Adults: 10 drops 3 times a day sublingually or diluted in a little water. It is necessary to take more frequently up to a maximum of 6 administrations per day.
Up to 12 years: 5 drops 3 times a day in a little water or fruit juice, before meals.
Recommended dosage for people of normal weight.
