INDICATIONS : to assist the physiological night rest of adults and children. The Relaxing Herbae Sanitatis herbal tea, in fact, consists of a mixture of plants with renowned relaxing and soothing properties that best release their qualities especially if taken in the evening before going to bed.
HOW TO USE : it is recommended to take 1 cup of herbal tea before going to bed. Pour boiling water (about 200 g) into a cup containing the filter, cover it and wait 5 minutes. In the eventuality, sweeten to taste, preferably with honey.
WARNINGS : Do not exceed the recommended doses. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and must be used as part of a healthy lifestyle. The product should be kept out of the reach of children under three years of age.
