L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, Bulking agent: cellulose; Anti-caking agent: Magnesium salts of fatty acids; Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take an average dosage of 1 g/10 kg of weight, possibly together with a fruit or close to meals. For athletes, depending on the type of sport and its intensity, they can be taken in different ways: before, during or after the effort, according to the desired objective. Example: Energetic action (intense and prolonged activity) and recovery: 4 tablets 20 minutes before or during, 4 tablets 20 minutes after the end of the activity, with maltodextrins or other complex carbohydrates and mineral salts.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy or in children, or in any case for prolonged periods without consulting your doctor.
