Description
Food supplement of creatine and branched chain amino acids based on carbohydrates (fructose and maltodextrin). Creatine increases physical performance in case of repetitive, high intensity and short duration activities; this effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. The branched amino acids are indicated in the integration of the athlete's diet. The product also contains beta-alanine, hyaluronic acid, theanine, caffeine and vitamin C which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Fructose, creatine, maltodextrin, L-leucine, flavor, L-valine. L-isoleucine, beta-alanine, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, sodium hyaluronate, theanine, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), anhydrous caffeine.

How to use
Dissolve the contents of one bag (equal to 17 g) in about 500 ml of water and shake well.
We recommend taking one sachet before training.
Recommended daily dose: 1 sachet.
