The complete and balanced formula, gluten-free and naturally lactose-free , is designed to meet the increased needs of adults, both men and women, offering numerous benefits.

Vitamin C, B6, B12 and Folate promote the normal function of the immune system, Riboflavin, Niacin and Iron contribute to normal energy metabolism, help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin K is useful for the maintenance of normal bones, in synergy with Vitamin D, Calcium and Phosphorus which contribute to maintaining healthy teeth.

Vitamin A, Biotin and Iodine contribute to maintaining healthy skin, Selenium to the maintenance of normal hair and nails, Magnesium to physiological muscle function.

METHOD OF USE
