How to use
Open the main straps and detach the side straps. Center the support along the lower back, with the support pads on both sides of the spine and place the curved edge of the belt facing down.

Pull the side straps forward and fasten them along the front panels of the stand.Adjust the position of the strap fastener to achieve the right level of support according to your needs.

Care and washing instructions: Attach all hooks and nails before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
