How to use
-Place the brace on the knee, with the smooth side facing the skin and the single band opening towards the outside of the leg. Position the circular hole in correspondence with the patella. Wrap the median band passing it under the knee and secure the hook closure on the brace.
-Place the knee in the support pocket. Wrap each of the two remaining bands under the knee and secure the fasteners on the brace. Adjust all headbands for a snug but comfortable fit.
