Composition

Thermoplastic Elastomer, Polypropylene, Nylon, Polyester, Polyurethane, Spandex. If aches and pains appear, persist or increase, stop using the support immediately and consult your doctor. The products of the 3M Futuro line are CE marked Medical Devices. Read the warnings and instructions for use carefully.

HOW TO WEAR IT

• Open the hook-and-loop closure and place the support under the arch of the foot (with the foot symbols facing inward of the arch).
• Hook the tab to secure the support on the top of the foot. Use the tab to lift the bow.
• Match the foot symbol on the hook and loop closure with that on the insert. It is recommended to wear the bands for four hours on the first day and then gradually increase the usage to one or two hours per day. After a week switch to the dark blue insert and stick to the gradual use times for added support. Wear bands on both feet for proper body alignment.
